Overview
Medical Technologist needed for a contract position in Somerville, Mass.
Schedule:
weekends/every other weekend and holidays; 9am to 5:30pm.
- Perform hematology procedures and analyses.
- Conduct microscopic examinations, including semen and urine analysis.
- Evaluate the validity of laboratory data and accurately record test results.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to interpret laboratory findings.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed.
- Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends.
- Proficiency in microscopy, semen analysis, and urine analysis.
