School-Based BCBA: Behavior Support & IEP Collaboration

Somerville Public Schools seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate with staff serving students with disabilities. You will assess behavior, develop BIPs based on ABA principles, and coach staff and administrators to support curriculum access and measurable progress.

This full-time role requires experience with early childhood settings, data collection, IEPs, and team consultation. Fluency in English is required;
Spanish/Portuguese skills preferred.
