About the Role:As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Champions ABA - MA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized behavior therapy plans for our clients. Your expertise will guide our team of certified behavior technicians in providing high-quality services that promote skill acquisition, reduction of challenging behaviors, and improved overall well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans, conduct assessments, and track client progress.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans for clients with autism and related disorders
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop treatment plans with our team of certified behavior technicians
- Provide guidance and oversight to our certified behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans, addressing client progress and goals
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA therapy and maintain current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Mastery of ABA principles, theories, and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
