BCBA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Champions ABA - MA in Somerville, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

As a BCBA at Champions ABA - MA, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals

• Conducting assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement

• Providing direct intervention services to clients in their natural environments

• Collaborating with family members and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans

• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with children and adolescents

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on client-centered care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and staff

• Hourly rate with room to grow
