What is this role like?We’re looking for a Demand Generation who will take full, hands‑on ownership of building, optimizing, and executing our B2B growth strategy. Given Topsort’s growth phase, this is not a role focused purely on management or delegation. It is a Player‑Coach position where you are personally responsible for setting up campaigns, managing the entire Mar Tech stack, and demonstrating success through measurable pipeline generation.
You must be deeply comfortable designing and executing campaigns tailored to the complex Enterprise sales cycle typical of B2B platforms, partnering closely with our Product Marketing and Sales teams.
- Build the Funnel (Hands‑On): Personally design, implement, and manage all Inbound and Outbound campaigns required to source leads that convert into high‑quality Enterprise-level pipeline.
- Run Paid Media Campaigns: Directly execute and optimize high-impact, low-budget campaigns across Paid Social, PPC, and specialized industry channels, constantly testing new creative and copy.
- Mar Tech Operations Mastery: Be hands‑on in our Marketing Automation and CRM (e.g., Hub Spot/Salesforce) to build and maintain sophisticated nurture sequences, lead scoring models, and reliable lead‑to‑Sales hand‑off processes.
- ABM Implementation: Lead the implementation and execution of Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to target the high‑value Retail Media and Marketplace accounts critical for Topsort.
- Content Activation: Work with Product Marketing to ensure our content is strategically utilized and distributed through demand channels for maximum conversion.
- GTM Partnership: Work in lockstep with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure all campaign messaging deeply reflects the value proposition of our infrastructure platform.
- Resourceful Optimization: Own the marketing budget, prioritizing investment based on proven ROI and demonstrating resourcefulness in scaling the engine efficiently.
- Data‑Driven Accountability: Establish and own the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire demand engine, focusing on Pipeline Quality and Revenue Attribution.
