About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on, client-facing Software Engineer - Integrations to join our team. In this role, you will translate real-world business needs into scalable product solutions, collaborating directly with sales, product, and engineering teams to support pre-sales activities. You will partner with sales to understand customer pain points and lead technical implementations.

You will:

  • Engage with prospects and clients by working closely with sales and customer success teams to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations that showcase our platform’s capabilities aligned with customer needs.
  • Design solutions by translating business challenges into product configurations, data integrations, and implementation plans.
  • Support RFPs and security questionnaires by responding to technical and compliance questions.
  • Own the entire integration process—leading end-to-end integrations, solving complex challenges, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and customer success—working directly with clients, engineers, and product teams to understand needs and ensure seamless API integrations. Your solutions will be impactful, user-friendly, and foster long-term relationships.

What (we think) you need to be successful—we’re open to not checking all the boxes and welcome outlier candidates!

  • 3+ years in software development, managing integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or ad tech experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth authentication, JSON, and XML data formats.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients, understanding their operational realities and constraints.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Strong ownership—leading solutions from pre-sales design through implementation and post-sale success.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape customer-driven roadmaps.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top university.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and integration platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
