Job Description About the Role In this Director level role, you will help shape and advance partnerships that transform real-world data into decision-grade evidence in a sustainable way. You will play a key role in monitoring health data access requirements, assessing technology and partner capabilities, and designing partnership models that align with different healthcare systems, policy environments, and value chain dynamics.
You will be part of a team that brings together stakeholders across the health data ecosystem to support fair value sharing and long-term collaboration. Your work will contribute to the development of responsible health artificial intelligence models through access to well-curated health data, helping accelerate the emergence of digital twins and supporting more efficient drug development. You will also help strengthen evidence generation strategies by connecting partnership, policy, and ecosystem insights to evolving healthcare and data needs.
How You Will Contribute Monitor health data access requirements across regions and identify partnership models and potential partners that support evidence generation goals. Design partnership strategies and models by evaluating technology capabilities, market positions, and multi-partner collaboration opportunities. Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships that support policy objectives, data access, and long-term ecosystem value. Build and manage partner relationships through effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Guide multi-stakeholder collaboration by participating in forums that advance the use of real-world data as a source of decision-grade evidence. Assess opportunities and risks in complex health data environments and recommend practical actions and partnership approaches.
Provide strategic market and policy insights by monitoring trends, policy developments, and evolving partner needs. Support responsible health artificial intelligence initiatives by identifying requirements for creating, governing, and scaling large health data sets while balancing legal, ethical, and data use considerations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, policy, or a related field within health, data, life sciences, or healthcare.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, health data ecosystems, and healthcare value chain dynamics. Proven experience in partner management and building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience designing partnership models and developing mutually beneficial arrangements with fair value sharing approaches. Ability to interpret regulatory and health data access requirements across countries and translate them into partnership strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience representing an organization in meetings and forums.
Experience in strategic negotiations, business development, and applying knowledge of data ethics and responsible health artificial intelligence to complex partnership environments.
