Vice President, Data & Analytics
One of the largest environmental services firms in North America is seeking a Vice President, Data & Analytics based out of our Somerville, MA office.
This individual will lead the organization’s enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence strategy. Partners closely with executive leadership, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and the VP of Business Applications to deliver scalable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision support capabilities using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

This position reports to their Chief Information Officer. This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the manager and Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Partner effectively with executive leadership, BPOs, and BPLs.
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned analytics solutions.
- Support enterprise KPI visibility and data-driven decision making.
- Promote reporting consistency, governance, and operational transparency.
- Collaborate closely with Business Applications, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.

The compensation for this role is an annual salary of $275k with equity / bonus potential.
