Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Outpatient
Join Riverside Community Care’s Outpatient Somerville team as a Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse. The RN/LPN provides direct care and care coordination for clients receiving medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) and supports the general client population.
Responsibilities- Provides direct patient care, including medical screenings, assessments, lab follow‑ups, referrals, and admissions.
- Assists with filling prescriber orders, administering medications (buprenorphine and Vivitrol), and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team, offering guidance, education, and support to patients to maintain physical and emotional health and live safely in the community.
Part‑time, 20 hours per week.
- Licensed Practice Nurse: $36.07 per hour
- Registered Nurse: $43.35 per hour

- Basic computer fluency (Microsoft Office).
- Driver’s license.
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Associate degree or higher (Registered Nurse).
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing with the Board of Registration of Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Minimum 1 year working in a behavioral health setting.
- Experience with addictions and Medication Assisted Treatment strongly preferred.
