Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Outpatient

Join Riverside Community Care’s Outpatient Somerville team as a Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse. The RN/LPN provides direct care and care coordination for clients receiving medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) and supports the general client population.

• Provides direct patient care, including medical screenings, assessments, lab follow‑ups, referrals, and admissions.
• Assists with filling prescriber orders, administering medications (buprenorphine and Vivitrol), and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team, offering guidance, education, and support to patients to maintain physical and emotional health and live safely in the community.

Part‑time, 20 hours per week.

• Licensed Practice Nurse: $36.07 per hour
• Registered Nurse: $43.35 per hour

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Basic computer fluency (Microsoft Office).
• Driver’s license.
• Ability to lift ten pounds.

• Associate degree or higher (Registered Nurse).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing with the Board of Registration of Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year working in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience with addictions and Medication Assisted Treatment strongly preferred.
