We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents and enhance community engagement at our affordable housing properties. This role focuses on providing assistance, resolving resident inquiries, and ensuring a positive living experience for all residents.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate resident programs and community events
• Assist with lease administration and renewals
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
• Collaborate with property management team to resolve issues and improve services
• Support compliance with property policies and regulations
• Facilitate communication between residents and management

• 1-5 years of experience in property management, resident services, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Experience in affordable housing or multi-family communities is a plus

• $60,000 per year compensation
