Bartender

Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Bartender. You will craft and serve a variety of beverages while providing excellent customer service in a lively and welcoming environment. Base pay: $10.00/hr – $10.00/hr (actual pay will be based on skills and experience).

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks to guests according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing any questions or requests.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal age to serve alcohol in Massachusetts.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
