Wings Over is seeking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member
, you will be cross‑trained in both Front of House and Back of House workstations.

• Trains to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations to include greeting guests in-person and on the phone, taking orders in our POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
• Helps deliver our promise of amazing food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Delivers gold standard experiences to all customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving any questions, concerns, or complaints that may arise
• Contributes as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to our Wings Over dress code
• Other related duties as assigned

  Ability to multitask and problem solve
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and can stand for long periods of time
