What you will do at Target includes providing an incredible guest experience, delivering strong store operations, and creating compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and support shopping through self-discovery on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs, and to support guests effectively.
• Sort and move freight to the sales floor and backroom as needed to meet business needs.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides and product presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Ensure product availability and a full floor through priority fills, replenishment, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up, while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and team members; willing to work in a fast-moving, active environment requiring teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• Open to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Strong interest in apparel and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology devices; effective communication skills; ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused while multitasking.
• Ability to handle cash operations, climb ladders, and move merchandise safely (up to 44 pounds with or without assistance).
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance; ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
