Taza Chocolate is seeking a Factory Store & Tours Associate to join the Retail team. You will deliver engaging 45-minute tours and provide friendly customer service, explain our Direct Trade program, and process purchases on the in-store POS. You’ll assist with merchandising, inventory, and event setup.
Weekend and holiday availability is required; the role is non-exempt and paid hourly. The position offers a friendly work environment with plenty of chocolate perks.
