• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments and meetings for management and team members.
• Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies inventory.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred.
