Job Overview

In this role you will work under the direction of the RN to provide care to patients on the unit.

Responsibilities include:

taking vital signs, EKGs, performing phlebotomy, assisting patients with bedside care (bathing, mouth care, skin care). All other holidays and weekends required.

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS required through American Heart Association

Preferred

• Prior experience in patient care preferred
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Certifications and Licenses Required

• AHA BLS
