As an ASAP CHHA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and companionship to our clients in their own homes. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, personalized care and companionship to clients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare providers
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding in all interactions, upholding Maya Home Care's commitment to "My Care, May Way"
- Minimum of 0 years of experience as a CHHA (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
