Sr. Business Systems Analyst; SAP

Job Description : Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for “Sr. Business Systems Analyst (SAP)” to be based in Branchburg, NJ. Job Duration:
Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes in the manufacturing, quality, and maintenance domains, coupled with strong expertise in SAP user support and training.

• Provide hands‑on support for end‑users across manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance functions. Resolve issues, answer questions, and assist users in troubleshooting SAP‑related problems in daily operations.
• Lead change management activities related to SAP implementations and enhancements. Assess impact, develop change strategies, and ensure smooth adoption of new SAP processes and features.
• Analyze complex business processes, data, and stakeholder needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
• Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise business systems.

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role supporting SAP users, particularly in manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance domains.
• Experience in user support, change management, training, and validation for SAP applications.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules related to Manufacturing (PP), Quality (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Familiarity with SAP user roles, authorizations, and processes specific to manufacturing and maintenance operations.
• Experience working in regulated environments, particularly in industries such as pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or experience working in Agile project teams.
