Position SummaryThe Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, lead a team of engineers and designers, and coordinate with other disciplines. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, quality control, client communication, and financial management.

- Lead client communication and serve as the main contact.
- Support regional growth as a local MEP leader.
- Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and define scope of work.
- Oversee project budgets, staffing, scheduling, and financials.
- Coordinate design reviews, site visits, and vendor engagement.
- Mentor junior staff and support business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- P.E. license preferred.
- 10+ years of electrical design and project management experience.
- Experience managing teams and multi-market projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office;
Revit and Arc Flash software a plus. - Knowledge of municipal codes and strong communication skills.
Hybrid role based in Burlington, MA, or Somerville, NJ, with up to 30% travel. Remote options available within MA or NJ.
