dancker is seeking a positive, self-motivated, and design-minded Marketing Generalist to join our growing marketing team. This role will support sales and marketing initiatives by developing high-quality deliverables across proposals, presentations, digital marketing, and event support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong graphic design skillset is essential, with the ability to create visually compelling, brand-aligned assets across both digital and print channels.

Success in this role requires excellent written and visual communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business objectives into engaging marketing content. • Support Sales team bycreatingengaging, visually compelling, and persuasive marketing collateral
• Participate andfacilitatecreativebrainstorming and strategy sessions with marketing and sales teams
• Plan, organize, multi-taskand pay careful attention to detail to support multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Usegraphic design capabilities toconceptualize, design, and managedigitaland print collateral (brochures, one-pagers, proposals,presentations, newsletters,social posts, website landing pages,etc.)
• Applycopywriting skills to write, copy edit,proofreadandrework marketing and technical text for a broad audience(i.e.:proposals,public relations, web pages, blog posts,project spotlights, etc.)
• Maintainmarketing materials library ensuring collateral and sales tools are refreshed as needed
• Assistin the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, and content marketing.
• Assistin planning, coordination and execution of marketing eventsand trade showsfor business prospects, communityeventsand marketing driven partnerships.
• Assistin the creation of new photo and video assets and manage existing assets to ensure visual presence is vibrant,current,and authentically dancker.
• Track and manageprojectsto ensure process and pipeline has maximum transparency
• Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge and skills.

• Minimum of3-5 years in a marketing role
• An eye for details
• Strongcommunicationand presentation skills(written, oral and visual)
• A positive attitude and ability to manage competing prioritiesina responsivemanner
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications(Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Ability to plan, organize, multi-taskand pay careful attention to detailin order tosupport multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
