Develops, implements and evaluates programs for orientation, competency assessment, training and continuing education for all levels of staff in the perioperative area. Leads peri‑op 101 training for new to specialty RNs, provides support for clinical practice at point of care. Role models for patient care practices through direct patient care.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of two years experience in Operating Room nursing
• Knowledge of principles of adult learning
• Experience using an electronic health record, preferably Epic
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
• Competent in use of all Microsoft Office applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• AHA BLS and ACLS Provider required
• Current New Jersey RN license
• National Nursing Certification required. If not certified at the time of hire, expectation to receive certification within one year of hire.

Full‑time, Day Shift, 40 hours a week
