Job Title: RN First Assist

Location: RWJUH Somerset, 110 Rehill Ave, Somerville, NJ 08876

Department: Operating Room

Site Status: Full-Time

Shift: Day

Pay Range: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour

The candidate will be a critical member of the surgical team caring for patients with surgical problems/needs and related surgical procedures.

• Evaluating and managing patients with surgical diseases, performing bedside procedures when appropriate, and assist the surgeon in the operating room.
• Ensuring continuum of care between the inpatient and outpatient areas.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school and RNFA program.
• BSN degree.
• 3 years of RNFA experience.
• Current Operating Room Experience required.
• Certifications and Licenses required: AHA BLS and ACLS.
• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Scheduling Requirements:
  Position is for day shift.
