Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a Sr. Quality Partner based out of Branchburg, NJ. Duration: 2+ Years

In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner, driving quality excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams. You’ll play a key role in enabling efficient innovation while ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality products that meet customer and regulatory standards.

• Lead quality oversight activities and act as a subject matter expert in quality systems and compliance.
• Support audits, documentation, risk assessments, and root cause investigations.
• Partner with global and local teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Coach and mentor colleagues, contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Promote agile ways of working and support the organization’s transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and risk‑based processes.
• Proven problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with global project work and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or regulated life sciences industry.
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
