Location:

Somerville, NJ (Somerset County) – 103 West End Avenue. This full‑time position (approximately 40 hours per week) requires availability during branch hours (no Sundays).

• Provide an exceptional financial‑center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Act as a one‑stop destination for customers: account opening, maintenance, transaction processing, and more.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through inbound and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship‑building conversations and maintain a consistent onboarding and expansion approach.
• Provide ongoing support for products and services, including new account openings and maintenance requests.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers and resolve issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (required).
• 6–12 months of cash handling experience (preferred).

This role may perform other duties as assigned by management. The organization expects all employees to comply with Company‑assigned compliance programs and to complete all required training on time.
