Role Description

The Audio Video Specialist will oversee and manage audio-visual activities within the university. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment, preparing AV setups for events, managing video conferencing systems, and coordinating with faculty and staff for their AV requirements. This is an on-site, full-time role located in Sonipat, Haryana.

Qualifications

Proficiency in the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems, including projectors, amplifiers, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing equipment
Expertise in video editing, graphics production, and basic post-production tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple AV setups and ensure events run smoothly
Ability to train users on AV equipment and troubleshoot technical challenges efficiently
Familiarity with live streaming platforms and webinar tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar applications
Flexibility to work on-site, including extended hours or weekend support, as required
Relevant experience or certifications in audio-visual technology and equipment handling are highly advantageous
