Corporate Medical Officer (Onsite) - MBBS

About The Opportunity

Position in the corporate occupational health sector providing onsite medical-room services at a large corporate facility in Sonipat, Haryana. This is an on-site clinical role focused on primary care, first-response emergency management, routine health screening, and employee wellness in a low-workload, fixed-shift environment — ideal for MBBS freshers seeking structured exposure to occupational health.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver primary medical consultations and first-aid care in the corporate medical room; assess, treat, and document employee health issues promptly.
Manage immediate emergency response and initial stabilization; coordinate ambulance transfers and handover to higher-care facilities when required.
Conduct routine health screenings, immunization drives, pre-employment and periodic fitness-for-duty checks.
Maintain accurate clinical records using EMR or digital logs; manage medication stock, expiry checks and medical-room inventory.
Liaise with HR and safety teams for medical clearances, follow-ups, incident reporting and employee health education sessions.
Ensure compliance with infection control, biomedical waste disposal and workplace health & safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

MBBS degree with valid registration from an Indian medical council.
Willingness to work onsite at Sonipat, Haryana; fresher MBBS candidates welcome.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
Clinical ability to perform vitals monitoring, injections, wound dressing and basic emergency stabilization.
Fluency in English and Hindi for clinical communication and documentation.

Preferred

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Training or exposure in Occupational Health/Community Medicine.
Prior internship or experience in corporate medical-room, industrial clinic or primary care settings.
