Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist role based in Sonipat. The Social Media Specialist will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and support business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing and designing posts, scheduling updates, and monitoring audience engagement. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to support campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of SEO and paid social campaigns is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Sonipat, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content-focused role is an advantage.
