Newton School of Technology (NST) is a new-age institution redefining technical education in India. Founded by IIT alumni, NST offers a 4-year
B.Tech in Computer Science and AI, focused on hands-on learning and deep industry integration. Within two years, over 93% of students have secured paid internships with companies like Razorpay, SarvamAI, and DRDO, along with global exposure through tech treks to Singapore and Silicon Valley. Led by a distinguished faculty comprising ICPC World Finalists and ex-professionals from ISRO, Microsoft, Make My Trip , and several other leading tech organizations, NST is building a scalable, high-impact model that produces industry-ready talent for the world’s most advanced technology roles.
About the Role :
We're looking for a Program Manager to solve high-impact problems across the full student and program lifecycle — spanning curriculum, student progression, campus operations, growth initiatives, and organizational systems. This is not a single-function role; you'll work across multiple domains, moving between improving learning outcomes, designing new initiatives, optimizing team structures, and defining how functions work together. You'll operate in ambiguous environments where problem statements evolve, working closely with both on-ground campus teams and central teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable.
Responsibilities :
Continuously identify and prioritize critical problems across academics, operations, student progression, growth, and organizational effectiveness
Break down complex, cross-functional problems into structured components, form clear hypotheses, and design solutions that address both immediate challenges and root causes
Work closely with academic teams, operations teams, campus leadership, and central functions to drive alignment and ensure effective on-ground adoption
Build repeatable systems, workflows, ownership structures, success metrics, and feedback mechanisms that scale consistently across campuses
Track the impact of your work using data, iterate based on insights, and take full ownership of the most critical problems at any given point .
Required
Skills & Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, startup roles, or similar execution-focused environments
Strong structured thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear and actionable components
High degree of ownership & ability to independently drive problems from identification to resolution with strong attention to detail
Strong judgment in prioritizing where to focus effort for maximum impact
Effective stakeholder management across teams with different goals and constraints, without direct authority
Systems thinking ability, comfortable defining processes, roles, and metrics that improve execution at scale
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools
Bachelor's degree required; MBA desirable
Knowledge of EdTech or educational processes is a strong advantage .
