Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead complete thermoforming shop operations and production activities.
Manage manpower, machine utilization, production planning, and process control.
Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum quality and minimum rejection.
Handle process optimization, cycle time reduction, and productivity improvement.
Develop and improve thermoforming processes, tooling, and cycle time optimization.
Ensure implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards.
Handle troubleshooting of machines, molds, and production-related issues.
Develop and train shop floor manpower and supervisors.
Support new product development and trial activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong experience in thermoforming processes and automobile component manufacturing.
Knowledge of sheets, molds, trimming, tooling, and production processes.
Experience in OEM automotive quality standards preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
