Upward Bound Outreach Manager, Clear Lake (Administrator I) – Ukiah Site Location
Join Sonoma State University as the Manager of Outreach and Academic Services at Clear Lake, supporting the Upward Bound Program at Ukiah and Clear Lake High Schools.
Responsibilities- Supervise the Upward Bound Program at Ukiah and Clear Lake High Schools, guiding staff and students.
- Develop and implement dynamic, student-centered programs with a focus on curriculum and teaching.
- Oversee program operations, budget management, and ensure compliance with university and agency policies.
Primarily office based at Ukiah High School with occasional work at Clear Lake High.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years experience in personnel supervision and evaluation, program development and fiscal management, and progressively responsible supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid CA teaching or pupil personnel services credential highly preferred.

Salary & BenefitsStarting salary range $4,500 to $4,800 a month. Full-time, fixed-term position. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation, sick leave, 15 paid holidays, and personal holiday. Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
