Special Requirements- The position requires medical clearance prior to being hired.
- Must successfully complete required training prior to emergency response.
- Must maintain the Arduous Fitness Standard in accordance with department policy.
- The incumbent must wear respiratory protection equipment, including self‑contained breathing apparatus (SCBA). Annual medical clearance for respiratory protection is required.
