Maintenance Manager
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead day-to-day physical plant operations across a senior living community. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and major appliances, while guiding preventative maintenance and supervising the facility department staff.
This role requires at least 3 years in maintenance management, supervisory experience, strong vendor and budget oversight, and a 24/7 on-call readiness to serve residents with excellence.
