What You Will Do- Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient and optimized sequence of operations and workflow.
- Conduct production/manufacturing capacity analysis and planning.
- Plan the sequence of operations and procedures, document manufacturing standard work and routings.
- Allocate resources, materials, and personnel to achieve maximum utilization of equipment.
- Perform studies on cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- University degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) access.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) events, 5S events, facility layout events, or other Kaizen events.
- Experience with production/manufacturing capacity analysis and line balancing.
- Experience calculating takt time, utilization, productivity, and performing time studies.
- Experience developing business justification for capital expenditure projects.
- Experience with JIRA (Atlassian tool).
- Experience running production manufacturing simulations.
- Agile framework task management and project planning.
- Experience with SAP / ERP.
- Experience designing layouts in AutoCAD and/or Visio.
- Experience with Power
BI or other data analysis tools.

Salary Range72,000 USD – 144,000 USD.
Work LocationEmployees in onsite roles will work primarily onsite; this includes all production and maintenance employees.
