What You Will Do
  • Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient and optimized sequence of operations and workflow.
  • Conduct production/manufacturing capacity analysis and planning.
  • Plan the sequence of operations and procedures, document manufacturing standard work and routings.
  • Allocate resources, materials, and personnel to achieve maximum utilization of equipment.
  • Perform studies on cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • University degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) access.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) events, 5S events, facility layout events, or other Kaizen events.
  • Experience with production/manufacturing capacity analysis and line balancing.
  • Experience calculating takt time, utilization, productivity, and performing time studies.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience developing business justification for capital expenditure projects.
  • Experience with JIRA (Atlassian tool).
  • Experience running production manufacturing simulations.
  • Agile framework task management and project planning.
  • Experience with SAP / ERP.
  • Experience designing layouts in AutoCAD and/or Visio.
  • Experience with Power

    BI or other data analysis tools.

Salary Range

72,000 USD – 144,000 USD.

Work Location

Employees in onsite roles will work primarily onsite; this includes all production and maintenance employees.
