We're looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide Primary Care Services to the devoted patient population in Sonoma.

You’ll enjoy working alongside a multidisciplinary team of 20 providers

Details:

• 4 days in clinic
• 8 hours of Admin time per week (can be done from home)
• 1 hour lunch (office closed)

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Board Certified in area of practice
• Licensed in the state of California
• Willingness to practice full-scope family medicine
