Responsibilities include:

• Performing maintenance and repairs in specialized areas.
• Responding to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment.
• Monitoring and maintaining engineering functions, especially during off-hours.
• Handling emergency situations and ensuring safety protocols.
• Making rounds and inspecting the property.
• Maintaining records of maintenance activities and parts used.
• Handling elevator issues and maintaining preventive maintenance logs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and two years of trade school or equivalent training.
• Minimum four years of experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, electrical systems, boilers, and basic carpentry.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift 75 lbs, work in small spaces, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as described.

Environment: Indoor and outdoor exposure to various weather conditions, with physical activity involved.

Compensation: USD $29.03 per hour.
