The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers to assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides training to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.

• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines, with occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
