Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to plan and conduct treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical, social, and mental functions.
In this role, you will serve as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team, developing individualized care and discharge plans, and ensuring effective communication with relevant parties.
Key responsibilities include performing evaluations to determine patient needs, applying appropriate clinical techniques, supervising assistants, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent; licensure in applicable states.
• Valid Physical Therapy license, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to complete assessments, develop treatment protocols, and supervise staff.

• Commitment to patient safety and wellbeing, including adherence to vaccination policies.
• Proficiency in clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation.
