Looking for a home health opportunity with a consistent daytime schedule? This 13-week assignment offers 5×8-hour shifts with 3 weekdays plus weekend coverage, providing care to patients in their homes under the direction of an RN.

- Home health setting
- Patient visits based on department policies and procedures
- Opportunity to provide individualized patient education
- Perform clinical procedures including phlebotomy and injections
- Medication administration

- On-call duties may be assigned based on agency needs
- Active California LVN license
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license preferred
- At least 21 years of age preferred
- Home health experience is a plus
