Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years' logistics management experience within the automotive industry.
- Proven experience managing imports, exports, shipping and transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain planning.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience managing logistics providers, freight forwarders and customs processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Managing the end-to-end vehicle supply chain, from order placement to final delivery.
- Overseeing sea freight, air freight, imports, exports and cross-border logistics.
- Coordinating shipments with international suppliers, shipping agents, customs, warehouses and transport providers.
- Managing vehicle allocations, stock levels and inventory to ensure maximum availability while minimising costs.
- Monitoring vessel movements and proactively communicating potential delays.
- Overseeing customs documentation, freight documentation and export compliance.
