Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff in the Store Manager's absence

• Coach and motivate employees for peak performance

• Delegate and follow-up on assigned tasks

• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems

• Unload deliveries and maintain store cleanliness

Requirements:

• Experience with MS Office applications

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

• Retail experience is an asset
