Flight Dispatcher

Position: Flight Dispatcher at CAE
Take charge of flight operations as a Flight Dispatcher with CAE, coordinating daily flight dispatch and scheduling for the FAcT training program. This role emphasizes efficient and safe operational execution.

As a vital member of the CAE team, the Flight Dispatcher works under the FAcT Air Operations Manager, focusing on flight dispatch and execution of daily operations. You will manage short-term schedules while maintaining communication with various stakeholders, ensuring airworthiness and compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily flight dispatch activities per approved SOPs

• Manage daily and short-term flying schedules based on training priorities

• Monitor aircraft status, weather, and aircrew availability

• Handle aircraft diversions, delays, and cancellations

• Adjust schedules dynamically to maintain training continuity

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in aviation operations or flight dispatch

• Experience in a regulated aviation environment

• Strong attention to detail in time-sensitive settings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with flight scheduling and operational tracking systems
