• Perform grinding, polishing and buffing of stainless steel parts with complex recesses, radii and contours to meet pharmaceutical industry standard
• Operate and maintain polishing tools and equipment, ensuring safety and precision
• Select appropriate methods, abrasives and dressing tools for each job
• Inspect finished parts for surface finish quality, consistency and specification adherence
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Perform electropolishing tasks as needed to enhance surface quality and meet customer requirements

• Proven experience in grinding, polishing and buffing stainless steel parts
• Electropolishing/electroplating experience highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety standard and proper handling of polishing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and technical specifications
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
• Ability to lift and carry parts up to 50lbs
