Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a manufacturer in South Beloit, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established global manufacturer that values safety, quality, and long-term employee growth.
Position Details:- Pay: $17/hr
- Schedule:
Monday through Thursday (OT Friday Occasionally) - Shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

The Manufacturing operator is responsible for supporting finishing operations by using tools, equipment, and gauges to meet safety, quality, and production standards. This role plays a critical part in the final preparation of products and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize proper tools, equipment, and gauges to meet production and quality requirements.
- Follow all safety regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards.
- Communicate effectively within and between departments.
- Support overall production goals and assist with other duties as assigned.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
- Manual dexterity and ability to operate tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
