As an LPN, you will provide efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. You will work within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, manage resident care during your shift, assign and mentor nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals.

• Must hold an active, in‑good‑standing LPN license in the state of practice
• Preferred prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
