Why this job?
Rapid pay progression: $17.31 to start → $18.71 at 30 days → $20.11 at 60 days → $21.51 at 90 days (contract-defined rate)
Extra retirement funding: +$2.16 per hour after 30 working days (about $4,500/year) at no cost to you Daily overtime: 1.5x after 8 hours in a day (not only after 40 hours/week)
Sunday/holiday premium: 2x paySign-on Bonus: $100 at 30 days, $200 at 60 days, $300 at 90 days Typical overtime is 15–17 hours/week. At the $21.51 rate, overtime plus retirement contributions can add up to about $76,000–$80,000 per year; during your first 90 days it’s about $62,000–$65,000 annualized. Overtime varies with production and isn’t guaranteed.
What will you do?
Build and finish concrete pipe
Tie rebar and prepare reinforcement
Patch, grind, and perform detailed finishing
Use hand and power tools safely
Move materials as part of the production flow
Work environment: outdoors/plant conditions—hot in summer, cold in winter, and not air conditioned. Lift 35+ lbs regularly. PPE required (hard hat, ear protection, steel-toe boots). We cover half the cost of your boots (up to two pairs per year) and provide rain/winter gear.
When will you work?
Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM. With overtime, expect roughly a 50-hour week plus some Saturdays. Early start, early finish.
