Administrative Support
Position Summary Provides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Loan Services department
Essential Requirements
- Performs a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth and efficient daily operations of the division/department.
- Prepares and images loan/lease files for various SFG Operations departments.
- Indexes imaged documents and ensures accuracy of customer information and imaged/indexed documents.
- Prepares scanned documents for retention in accordance with Bank's retention policy.
- Files applicable TBP departmental legal documents properly in the file room.
- Updates Imaging reporting logs in Excel for productivity measurement.
- Follows up on expiring insurance and maintenance reporting, ensure coverage is in accordance to policy and all certificates are current and in place.
- Logs current/renewed certificates and submit for Imaging.
- Serves as back-up to the switchboard phone and reception desk.
- Performs after funding duties (e.g., file preparation, sending customer document copies, filing customer documents).
- Maintains appropriate files and records and distributes materials to department personnel, customers and others as necessary.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
Non-Essential Functions
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Experience/Skills
- One (1) or more years of administrative experience preferred.
- Good PC skills--proficiency in Word and Excel essential.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Education
- High School Diploma/GED required.
Travel Requirements
- Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk; use hands and fingers to operate keyboard and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

- MS Office PC, fax, phone and standard office equipment.
