Role DescriptionThis is a contract-based on-site role for a Project Superintendent, located in South Bend, Indiana. The Project Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction processes, including supervision of work forces, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring construction schedules, managing budgets, and implementing quality control processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage construction teams and subcontractors
- Experience in Commercial Construction
, with an understanding of industry best practices - Knowledge of Quality Control and Construction Safety standards and procedures
- Proficiency in Budgeting and maintaining cost control throughout the project life cycle
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to oversee successful project execution
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred
