Job Description & How to Apply Below
We want a Motion Graphics Designer with 6 years of experience turning briefs into bold, memorable creative. Own your projects, earn $62,000 - $89,000, and grow with a team that turns 6 years of Adobe Premiere Pro into real results.
Key Responsibilities- Turn rough briefs into polished Prototyping deliverables the creative team can ship
- Hand engineering specs tight enough that the build matches the mock
- Develop creative campaigns that translate Consulting Plus Group's strategy into compelling storytelling
- Audit existing creative for the fiercely-supportive inconsistencies nobody flagged sooner
- Localize creative for South Bend audiences without flattening the original idea
- Translate abstract briefs into clear, safety-first visual directions
- Meticulous attention to detail across every deliverable
- Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
- Fluency across Visual Design and Time Management, with strong opinions on both
- Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation
- Curiosity and a continuous drive to sharpen your creative craft
- Proven leadership experience guiding senior-level initiatives
- Enough Team Leadership to be dangerous, enough Time Management to be trusted
Consulting Plus Group exists to solve hard creative problems with a supportive approach and a South Bend, IN-rooted culture. Mentorship goes both ways at Consulting Plus Group, and seniority never means having all the answers.
Get $62,000 - $89,000, get a mentor, get benefits, and get the freedom to grow your Time Management without anyone watching the clock.
Our talent team is live and responsive, screening new resumes as they land.
