• Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.

• Bilingual in Burmese preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required, or must be able to obtain within 2 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
