Senior Project Architect

Full-time, on-site role in one of our locations.

This Senior Project Architect will oversee day-to-day project management, submittals, and architectural design tasks. They will coordinate design efforts with BIM, ensure projects meet LEED standards, and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines. Additional tasks include attending client meetings and site visits to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Experience in Architecture and Project Management
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
Proficiency in managing Submittals
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
Experience with client management and site visits
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Professional architect licensure is preferred
